What Bus Will My Child Ride?

Bus Registration:

For students, the first thing to do is to register them at this link.  This will make sure the transportation bus department routes your address for your bus stop.

Any registration forms submitted after July 23th, 2021 may take up to 10 school days to be assigned to a stop.

Bus Routing Information

As of 8/12/21, the Link for 2021-22 routes is updated with routes yet.

This is the link to determine the bus routes, bus numbers, the location the bus will pick your child up and the drop-off and pick-up times. If you have specific questions, feel free to contact transportation at 979-764-5440.

Please Note: The InfoLocator is continually updated as registrations are processed for the 2021-2022 school year. Please check with us again a few days before school starts for updated stop information.

Bus Routes on Buses vs. Bus Numbers

Transporation will begin using route numbers instead of bus numbers to identify their routes.

Buses will still have a number on the front and back of the bus, but those numbers will no longer correspond with the route number.

Teachers Requesting Bus Information

Teachers will be asking you about how your child will be getting home. If they are riding the bus, teachers want to know the bus number and the address for bus drop-off or pick up. For the safety of our students, we create a school-wide list of bus riders so it's very helpful for teachers to have this information during Meet the Teacher. We use a check-off system to account for the children that leave our school to ride the buses.

Reminders:

Please remember that the routes are a little slower for the few weeks as children learn their bus stops. For the safety of our younger children, transportation requires Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade students to have an adult at the bus stop or that a parent signs a waiver. This is included in the registration process.

Remember that you must register your child for the bus with transportation to make sure they establish a bus stop and a route for your child.

For students, remember the first thing to do is to register them at this link:
